Kristin M. Conroy

Kristin M. Conroy is a native of Naples, and has experienced the growth of Naples from a small town to the resort community it has become.  Kristin attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated with a degree in English in 1988.  She returned to Florida for law school, graduating from Florida State University College of Law with high honors in 1991.  At Florida State, she was an associate editor for the Florida State University Law Review, earned the Order of the Coif, and interned in the Judiciary Committee in the Florida House of Representatives.  Her initial practice was in environmental law with Hopping, Green, Sams & Smith in Tallahassee, Florida, focusing on solid and hazardous waste regulation.  In 1996, she moved to Portland, Oregon to obtain a Masters in Law from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.  Upon Kristin’s return to Naples in 1997, she joined her brother’s firm where her practice has concentrated on residential and commercial real property transactions and commercial lending secured by real estate.  In 2006, Kristin earned her certification by the Florida Bar as being a specialist in the area of Real Estate Law.  She also earned a peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell of AV, which indicates very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards based on the confidential opinions of members of the Bar.
