Caitlin Conroy

Caitlin grew up in Naples and graduated from the University of Tampa in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing. After graduation she moved back to Naples and began working at Conroy, Conroy & Durant. She became a paralegal in 2016 and continued with the firm. Caitlin is involved in Naples Juniors Volleyball Club as a travel Coach, as well as, a member of the Naples Juniors Woman’s League.

Ashley Dechert

Ashley is the firm’s newest Paralegal. Ashley joined Conroy, Conroy & Durant in August 2014 as a legal assistant and became a paralegal with the firm in July of 2017. Ashley grew up in Naples and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication and an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies.  Ashley is married to C. Ray Dechert and they have two children, Jasmine and Jayden.

Wanda Giansanti

Wanda Giansanti grew up in Connecticut and moved to Florida 10 years ago with her family, beginning her career as a Realtor.  She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and is currently completing a second Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Legal Studies.  She has three very energetic boys with whom she spends most of her free time with and is a member of NABOR, Golden Key Honor Society and volunteers at the Humane Society on weekends.  Wanda’s prior work background is in Real Estate and Finance and she joined the Firm in April 2014 as assistant to Yadira Viamonte-Rios and Kristin Conroy for residential closings.

Beth Lightner

Beth is a commercial paralegal who joined the firm in 2002.  She was born in Columbus, Ohio, began her career conducting closings for a title company in New Mexico, and moved to Naples in 1989.  She began specializing in commercial closings in 2003, and now handles closings for vacant land for investment or development, commercial condominiums, multi-tenant shopping centers, conduit loans and 1031 exchanges.  Beth’s experience with pre-closing issues, title issues and corporate issues makes Beth an invaluable asset to the firm’s commercial practice.  Beth is married to Marvin Lightner and has two children, Emily and Kyle.

Lillian Medina

Lilly is originally from Long Beach, NY, a city that survived Hurricane Sandy.   She moved to Naples in 1981, and has seen many wonderful changes come to this once hidden and sleepy paradise over the years. She is a proud mother of three children, Matthew, Krystle and Jonathan and a young grandmother of two grandsons, Ayden and Luke.  Joining the firm in June 2015, Lilly brings with her over 15 years of front office and administrative assistant experience, and is fluent in the Spanish language.

Rebecca Pascut

Rebecca handles residential and loan closings, as well as any litigation within the firm. Rebecca graduated from Russel Sage College in Troy New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She moved to Naples in 2000 and began working in the title industry. In 2005, she joined the firm as a paralegal. Rebecca has been married to Randall Pascut since 2006.

Lisa Wright

Lisa Wright was born and raised in Naples, Florida.  She graduated from the University of Florida in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and minored in Classical Studies.  Lisa moved back to Naples in 2012 and began working for Conroy, Conroy & Durant, P.A., in August 2016.  She is married and has a daughter.
